Wheelchair accessible, very clean. There's a place where you can rent/use electric wheelchairs and scooters if you unable to travel there in yours. Just register with them n off you go.

Parking is a nightmare with redirection and cones, lifts don't go to the floor I wanted to go to, cash machine not working, shops empty, no staff or help with anything. I tried to take my dad out who has mobility issues and it was absolutely dreadful. I hope I don't have to go back there any time soon.
