Scammers at hotpoint.co.uk!When I bought the washing machine, it was in stock, but when I paid for the product at the checkout, a message appeared that I had to wait for the product until the end of November.But our family did not have such an opportunity. I immediately submitted a cancellation of the order and additionally wrote in the chat, describing the situation. They promised to return the money. I received a message that the money for my order was refunded, but the money never arrived.Later, I once again wrote to the support service with the question: "Where is my money?". They said that my request has been forwarded to the refund department...The payment was made on October 31, now it is November 8. The money was never returned to me. Submitted a request for a refund through the bank as fraud.
