Nice café on first floor which can be accessed by lifts + stairs. Store looked fully stocked (all items). Customer toilets located next to entrance and at the café as well. Plenty of fresh bakery & Deli counters looked very well stocked. Friendly & helpful staff all around the store. Nicely decorated with x-mas trees and themes. Manned checkouts as well as self checkouts. Gluten free aisle located between Deli & Bakery. Instant photo printing machine located at the front of the entrance.”

“In today to get a few things and the manager Evonne (sorry if I’ve miss spelled it) gave absolutely fantastic customer service. There appeared to be an issue out with her control with payments and she calmly took her time to explain and reassure customers during this time and kept everything flowing the best she could during a busy Saturday afternoon. Could not thank her enough for what she done for me! She deserves a raise.”
