Bought a delivery takeaway on Saturday night ,when it eventually came it was stone cold and part of the order was missing, my wife called to say some of the food wasn't delivered and asked if we could just get our money back for undelivered food as our order was cold and didn't want another delivery coming cold..still no refund on missing food.. will not use again.!!!! Update, got my refund..

Food ok, there?s better fish and chips in Falkirk though. Delivery service really let this place down, food arrived over an hour late. Won?t use again.

Sorry but this place is really good , but if you call that bruschetta, just your garlic bread topped with chopped tomatoes your having a laugh. Take some pride in what you serve. You?re loosing customers because of laziness.

Usually a big fan but a recent delivery we waited over two hours for a delivery of fish and chips, had to phone several times to check on our order.
Once it arrived it was cold, the curry sauce was half filled and the delivery person forgot our juices.
I attempted to get refunded through JustEat which the restaurant refused.

Don't particularly like this place anymore, when I first went it was brill but has went downhill now. Chips are atrocious now, last twice I've had them I've felt like being sick afterwards. Sausage and hamburgers are rotten, only good thing in my opinion is fish or special fish. But.... others may disagree. I don't care its my opinion! I'll be staying away from now on, I'll travel a bit further as this is closest to me, no more visits from me or my family. Spent an absolute fortune in my time going here but some other chippie will benefit now

Well I have chippy all over the country. And I must say the best i have ever had the lamb curry was 2 die 4. The food turns up hot and fast. 10 out ten lads.

Visited here for the first time after hearing good reviews however the fish supper and spicy haggis we got were not nice at all.
Thought would be a wait but ready straight away which is rarely a good sign. Fish was thin and old and chips also not good. Spicy haggis was tough.
Very disappointing and will not try again, especially as it was not cheap. Only tried here due to regular chippy being closed.
