Drove all the way to Falkirk to pick up car parts that I had already ordered and paid for, cos having them posted they wouldn't have arrived on time. Only realised after the shop had closed that they hadn't given me the oil filter I had paid for, so now I can't do my oil change when it was scheduled for. Raging. This week has been really stressful trying to organise and fit everything in, and this was the last straw. The paper order I was given in the shop didn't include the filter and I didn't realise. Double checked my original online order (once I had realised and it was too late), and it is definitely on there. Went to the website, can't find a phone number either. I need to get the part I paid for and wasn't given, but the point was I needed it NOW as I have tomorrow scheduled for a whole day of car-related stuff that someone is helping me with, and now I can't do the oil change. I can't afford the time or money to go to Falkirk AGAIN. The man in the shop was very nice and as far as I know had no idea something was missing off my order sheet. I thought the list of things looked slightly shorter than I remembered, but I just believed that the order sheet must be right. ?

Found a number on an email and got through on the central UK phone number. They are posting me the part but they apparently can't post it til Monday, and it won't arrive til some time on Tuesday...hopefully, as it is coming from Tamworth. So at least I'm getting it, but will have to reschedule my car day and I really did want it done before a big journey I'm making next week, then the week after the MOT is due, so it's got even more stressful. If I'd known this would happen, I wouldn't have travelled 10 miles to Falkirk to pick my parts up to make sure I had them on time, when I didn't even get them on time. ?
Lesson learned is:
when you pick your parts up, don't just check the order sheet they give you but also check your original email order and that you have been given everything from it. Or things could be not fun. And for whoever is in charge of that order system: make it work properly, or THIS happens!

Usually order on line and pick up in shop. Some of their products expensive compared to others but staff very pleasant.

Unreal service. Kaz helped me from scratch, I didn?t have a clue to what to get on my car. He was very patient and friendly and explained everything to me. Helped me with my options and his recommendations and I was able to get new brake discs and pads on the day. Honestly couldn?t recommend anyone better to help me out, fantastic lad!

Ross helped me out recently with a faulty alternator (warranty issue) that had been bought in Kilmarnock. A replacement alternator was delivered to a local garage in the Falkirk area for fitting. First class service from a true gentleman.
