Wanted a thick modern grey carpet. I went to several carpet shops, Donny's was the cheapest for the quality I wanted. Excellent service - they came out and measured for me, got a great deal on the purchase and the fitter was excellent. Absolutely excellent service and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bought vinyl 3 weeks ago for my brother in laws flat, because he will be getting a hospital bed put in and needed a 4 m× 4.60 m special order. Got it 22nd but no fitter till 27th. Explained about the persons health to Derek and fitter, and it was done at 5pm. Brilliant thanks

I have been going to donny's carpets since he opened. I have had all my flooring from him and I am really impressed with the quality and service. They can't do enough for you. I have just git my laminate this time.

Don't even warrant the 1 star but it's the lowest I could give , absolutely don't shop here as they sold lino and fitted it with the texture and cre side down and the shiny white side up and when you complain they tell you your wrong and that's just that , so now have the expense of buying new flooring from somewhere else and will never shop here again

Just had our new build fitted throughout with carpets and vinyl. The in-store experience in Falkirk was excellent with truly knowledgeable staff. Good value and huge range. The fitters arrived as expected and went above and beyond for us, even filling a small hole the builders had left. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend. Thank you Donny?s Carpets, we are over the moon!

Great service all round 2nd carpet bought and fitted by Donnys first our living room now our stairs and hall. From going to shop explaining what we wanted and getting options picked a carpet then Donny himself coming to measure and giving some advice and then thirdly the carpet fitter was pure class did a great professional job and cleaned up after himself definitely reccomend Donnys carpets Camelon

I had 3 carpets fitted a few weeks ago and the fitters were polite, friendly, professional and did the job quickly on the date agreed. Carpets are settling fine and looking good. Can't ask for anything more, the whole process was a good experience.

I wouldn?t go near them, I had laminate flooring fitted by them about eight years ago. First I didn?t get the flooring that I ordered for throughout the house, it was all different colours and they argued with me it was the right flooring. When it was laid I phoned to complain that the kitchen flooring was all moving about, he said it was a floating floor I had, well yeah it certainly is! You should see the state of the kitchen area now, it?s all rising up and all chipped, funny how the rest of the living area isn?t like that! My kitchen area is in my living area too, it?s all an absolute mess.I would never use them again.
