Absolutely raging, pizza was left outside, we had curtains open. Lights on, they even told my husband that the guy heard voices inside, the pizza was stone cold, the person we phoned didn't give a damn, we will never use them again

Had a pizza delivered and, for the second time from this store, it was cold. Complained and got a response from the customer service team basically implying I was a liar and that there was no way the pizza could be cold. I think these people need some serious training in how to provide good customer service- implying customers are lying isn't it. When I replied saying this, they simply stopped responding. Absolutely shocking service, a cold pizza that had to be heated in the oven, and delivery people with about as much common sense as a chocolate teapot. Avoid!

Ordered from here around 17:05 man taking order didn't look at us once kept staring at little screen never took his eyes off it even when taking payment just held out the pos device ignored when I held out cash over all just awkward definitely won't go in person stick to app. Also delivery driver almost crashed into us which was just kinda funny

Just avoid it! We ordered a pizza thru the app and while we were wainting, I got a phone call telling us that our pizza got delivered to another address because the driver got a phone call from us to change the delivery.
The guy on the phone tried to convince me that we got our pizza but on a different address ??????
Funny thing is that if we did that, how could we know the drivers name and phone number, and how did the other guy knew that we didn't get our pizza before we even made a complain ? ?
We didn't get offered any refund or another pizza ?
Probably the driver had some pals that were hungry, give them our pizza and came with one of the most stupid excuses I ever heard.
Order from Dominos if you want to pay to stay hungry and hear the most stupid excuses from them.

Recently ordered a takeaway and was up all night with stomach pains and cramps. Spoke to the headoffice who did refund me however basically denied that it was there food that caused it. I would consider if you want to eat here. I had to take the day off work after it. Not the best

I've never had an issue at this location ,go for Friday lunch quite a bit and it's always ready in time and hot. was in earlier today tho and there was the rudest lady talking to one of the staff... he was being as honest and helpful as he could be and she just couldn't be pleased.... Staff done a great job staying calm and repeating her order over and over as she kept demanding... She seemed annoyed that even if she ordered a pizza for 7 it may not be there at exactly 7 ( staff said 10 min either way) . id like her to know i ordered mine for 1, i was there for 5 to 1 and was 15 mins late getting my pizza solely¹ because of her... so things as you can see.. happen!! customers, get your act together, it's just pizza...Parking: Parking always available, 2 steps from the front door

The pizza itself is alright as it?s dominos however, I don?t think I will buy from here again since.
1. The price is extortionate even with the deals and there?s no point paying £10 for a small when you have Zio G?s further up where the pizza is half the price and just as (if not more) tasty
And
2. They don?t even take cash
