Received a wonderful surprise for Mothers day, the most amazing afternoon tea platter, a veritable delight on a tray. The sandwiches were super nice, wee pies m,m,m. The steak ones were delicious. Fruit scones simply wow. Thank you so much ?Now I'm trying to think of so other celebration that I could justify another one

Absolute joke beef curry lol its a waterer mess 4.50 for it to last time I will be there no beef just rice and water curry they don't even drain the water ffs

I get most of my meals from hear, i have to say, they have all been delicious. I haven't had anything bad at all, in fact, the quality is the best. Also find the staff, ok, never had a bad experience. The food keeps me going back,G

Staff at the deli counter are sooo unbelievably rude esp Christine! Needs to crack a smile and just loves keeping customers waiting whilst she faffs around with some trays. Can?t stress enough just how rude she is and most of the others. Emma is nice.

Sasha deserves to be fired for the way I've witnessed her treat her staff. If they want their company to succeed they need to do it without her. I hope to owner takes this seriously as myself and other fellow customers I know of can't stand her disgusting behaviour and disgusting person.Another thing is the higene levels are not up to standards. Their staff are not wearing any cloves or hairnets especially when packing the bread rolls in the early mornings whilst also touching dirty money and tills.If a higene inspection were to commence they'd be shut down straight away. Therefore I have submitted a health violation complaint.

Service is the worst I have ever experienced in 40 years. Waiting in queue and then staff serve person behind me. Got a large chips that looked like they had been there for days and a pie that was just as bad. Did query this with young lad but didn't seem remotely interested. Really should have walked but £6 later a lunch I wouldn't feed to anyone. Binned. Won't be back.

Went in ordered 2 sugar doughnuts they were hard went back in and said to the wee overweight girl these are hard can i get 2 different ones no she didnt speak back to me or apologise need to train your staff how to talk to people

**READ**gave myself and my partner food poisoning. we had freshly made chicken wraps but clearly the chicken wasn?t cooked. reported to food agency standards. David?s kitchen communication is very poor, they kept repeating their self apologising as if they couldn?t say anything else.this is a shop we regularly come to but since realising there?s no gloves, just bare hands when preparing food, hair loose with no hair nets. messy hair, dirty uniform no aprons, dirty hands, dirty worktops. Severely poor customer service, definitely wouldn?t return.

Popular place clearly, but sell out of filled rolls quickly then refuse to make to order...3 times this week I've gone at lunch time to get a filled roll to met with shrugs and no apology.Gonna have to take my business elsewhere I think...

Disappointed to say the least from start to finish. Ordered buffet for 12, girl taking order wasn't the best, didn't ask if there was anything in particular I wanted or not. Picked up food, well.... I hope everyone liked sandwiches and sausagerolls, a few wraps, no rolls and the nibbles .. I had to go to supermarket and buy more. Cake platter- when ordering was told that there would be a selection of different things, nope got slices of cake and for what I paid and what I got I should have just went to supermarket and got 2 cheap birthday cakes. Salad platter well.. I hope everyone enjoyed the lettuce not much else on the tray.
