Nightmare product and service from Currys in Central Retail Park in Falkirk. Innitially, we ordered a Beko fridge at the beginning of October. We were told that there is a backlog order on this particular fridge, and we should expect to receive this fridge at the end of October. The order was being delivered to us with the packaging half ripped and door dented. The delivery driver suggested that I should receive the order as is and perhaps I will get some discount on it. I am not sure why they would assume it is fine to deliver a damaged product knowing that infact it is damaged. Not accepting to receive this delivery, we have gone back to Currys to explain the situation and get an update on what can be done. We were told that due to being a backlog order, I would be going back at the end of the cue to receive this fridge. Due to disposing of the old fridge after Currys delivery message, I was now left with no fridge. Being advised to pick another fridge by Currys staff was the logical solution in this case. Only having a handful of selections to choose from (because most were out of stock and we didn't really want any of the options but because we didn't have a fridge anymore) we we're forced to pick one that was available. The second fridge freezer we chose came damaged in the package. Of course, we didn't know that it was damaged until we opened the packaging. We went back to the Currys because we were upset that our brand new fridge freezer came damaged once again, and now this was the second time we were travelling due to poor product. Spoken to staff member Fergus (or at least that is what he told us his name was) who tried to solve the situation once again. Speaking with the store manager, all they could offer us was £50 off on the new fridge. Are they having a laugh?! I have more or less spent that much on fuel. We had to waste fuel, energy, and time 2 times due to faulty products from Currys. On top of all that, I'm 36 weeks pregnant, and I do not need unnecessary stress or disgrace offers from the Currys Manager Colin from Falkirk! The manager did not even have the decency to come and apologies for this terrible service. Instead, he wanted to keep us quiet with £50. We are not in need of £50. We require service for which we have paid. I need a working fridge freezer. Even though this particular manager might have thought Currys have monopolized the industry, there are still various online and high street stores that still sell household electronic goods. We are very UNHAPPY with Currys!!! ???

Generally you can find the items that are in currys cheaper elsewhere, their warranties are also basically useless, can be good to look at an item and get something quick but that's about it

After spending nearly £2000 I was to receive an email confirming the order.i didn't receive anything and had to go back into the shop, the assistant was most unhelpful and did absolutely nothing to reassure me.Later in the day I got the email but you would think you would get a receipt or confirmation letter before leaving the shop especially after spending that amount of money.Really unhelpful person I spoke to at the desk and would definitely think twice about shopping there again
