Customer service is very poor and rude staff lol you get told to wait in a queue to get any assistants pathetic they don't have a clue.
Wonder why people buy online that's what I intend to do you need to sort out your staffing levels!

Ok, well as a loyal shopper instore of many years with currys, I can honestly say that the customer service ?? that has always been very good, has got better.
The staff are very organised and pleasant and very knowledgeable in all that they do. They spend the time with the customers making sure there needs are met.

No stars if I could give that. Took my order and money two weeks ago and gave me a delivery date which was missed, then another, which was missed again. After over a week of chasing I'm told they can't fulfill the order, so will refund me, I wonder how long that will take. I won't be shopping with Currys again!
