Went here for hot chocolate. The customer service is adequate.. however the seating down stairs is good. However negotiating the stairs with hot liquids is small issue that may need looked at there very thin and lots of them if there isn't seating upstairs it's big risk of the person isn't comfortable with stairs, the marshmallows storage is very questionable due to member of staff taking tongs and grabbing one then trying to flick it off into bin with it extremely stuck on tongs. Then trying to pull another one out says that the members of staff don't realise there out of date or the storage of them are insufficient. When placing order there no instructions where you pick your order up there no warning that stairs could be issue. Lacking customer care service. They need to be more friendly and not just there for pay check

Parking: No parking. Looks like there is due to cars parking there but traffic wardens will ticket you even due to lack of yellow lines

Costa is absolutely a great place to grab a coffee and relax. There is great seating and the service is exceptional. There is one staff member however he's really good.

Lovely wee place just to sit down. Plenty of seats + additional seats downstairs. Toilets are available, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are usually very tasty!

Very cozy coffee shop just in the middle of Falkirk Town Centre ?Not too crowded at all... very comfy ambience perfect for spending some time or doing some work...Spent £7/person, so of course very much affordable/student budget friendly..Very nice service overall... Staffs are amazing ?
