I visit every week. Compared to a year ago Costa is going down hill with newer staff. The cafe is getting messier and messier, cake displays are mostly empty, the Spanish Latte is out of syrup for the 3rd week in a row, the counters and work space is dirty, filthy floors, the toilets smell and are dirty, they don't even have soap and nothing is restocked. The atmosphere changed.

Commenting on service which was 5++.
I was meeting a friend at the busy Costa (Falkirk Retail Park) after quite a hard/ tiring shift. I was in desperate need of a good latte. Having asked re dairy alternatives (secondary to various intolerancs) - unfortunately - there was no lactose free milk. However, Kristoffer went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE and BEYOND and nipped out to a nearby supermarket to get some lactose free milk. EXEMPLARY Customer Service - THANK YOU.

The choice of food is limited and very seldom changes. The quality of the food is good. The price of food is very expensive; for example £2.80 for one muffin in Costa; four muffins in a close-by supermarket cost £1.99!

Good coffee and reasonably quick service

Very poor managed place.
Guy served us(manager )was very rude ,with lack of good manners and good customer service,arguing with customer in front of other people in queue.
Poor prestation of him self as a face of venue that he supposed manage.
Long queue, wait over 20 to place an order.
Place looks tired, lack of hygiene, poor lights,
I don't see a reason to back there.

I hate being a person that complains as I?ve worked in a food industry, so I?m aware how busy you can be, but 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me is clearly ridiculous, week days are never an issue but weekends are always the same, extremely slow and staff always look like they don?t know what there doing, and not even trying to get the orders done

Tbh I went last Thursday and there was only one table set up outside. I mentioned this and was basically told oh well?. There are 3 outside tables normally, winter and summer. No one said...oh I'll put one out for you. She was quite rude actually. Called in Friday and all was good.inc 3 tables outside.
