“Opens early in morning. Staff are always friendly, chatty & very helpful.. A smile & pleasant manner can actually make all the difference to a customers day.! Shelves always look clean, well presented & stocked. Apart from daily milk, bread & newspapers, the shop has a fair selection in grocery items, as well as some butcher meat, freezer food, chilled ready meals, drinks & pre packed sandwiches. Sell fresh fruit & veg too. ðŸ‘😊👌”
“Roadworks started today near Tesco Camelon, and traffic is a total mess – it takes about 30 minutes to get in or out, with cars stuck all over the parking lot due to the four-lane traffic and lights nearby.
But huge respect to the Tesco staff – they’re outside helping direct traffic, keeping things moving, and even handing out cold water in this heat. Really impressive support in such a stressful situation!
Well done, Tesco team. Fingers crossed the road gets fixed soon and everything goes back to normal. Tesco – one love!”

“I'd have recommended in the past but its been a while and a totally sour faced cow that served me tonight. all manager had to say ironically was "she's a cheery wee soul.' i questioned if she had received customer service training and just got stared at by both of them. i never even managed to buy what i was looking for. would have been better at the shop down the road on many levels.”
“Continually find long queues particularly at self service checkouts..staff are friendly and helpful but could definitely improve if more checkouts available at peak times especially.”

“Tesco @ PolmontLarge superstore with ample amount of parking for all including disabled and parents. Petrol forecourt as well. Nicely clean and tidy shopfloor. Nice café on first floor which can be accessed by lifts + stairs. Store looked fully stocked (all items). Customer toilets located next to entrance and at the café as well. Plenty of fresh bakery & Deli counters looked very well stocked. Friendly & helpful staff all around the store. Nicely decorated with x-mas trees and themes. Manned checkouts as well as self checkouts. Gluten free aisle located between Deli & Bakery. Instant photo printing machine located at the front of the entrance.”

I stopped off here for milk & their lovely strong, non scummy T bags - co op fairtrade 99 blend in the red box & i also saw ? these empire biscuits made by KerrS bakery in my old home town of Wishie [Wishaw] & I didn't expect to pay £1.05p for a biscuit ? Anyway, it tasted very nice, even if it didn't have icing on top, it would still taste very good ? & not only that - I was quite full after eating all that biscuit.
SO in you go & try them out for yourselves.”

“Received a wonderful surprise for Mothers day, the most amazing afternoon tea platter, a veritable delight on a tray. The sandwiches were super nice, wee pies m,m,m. The steak ones were delicious.
