Totally incompetent and rude

I went into the branch to change my title. Simple enough right? Not for these idiots apparently. Attempt one I was told by the young guy and the older blonde woman that I need to bring in my marriage certificate to get my title changed after the guy fannied about on the app on my phone for 10 minutes, not his fault really as he should have been trained properly. So I go home and come back with the documents I was told I needed to sit for over an hour with the Geordie guy who then after all that amount of time tells me it's bad news and I need something with my national insurance number. Luckily I was able to email it over. Why not tell me that in the first place? I also showed him my other card which had my updated title plus passport with my name and I told him my correct name about 3 times and he still managed to say a totally different name to my own. Jesus christ what a thick lump. I am so glad I've switched banks and won't ever see these grubs again.

Going through difficult times with bereavement and not dealing with the bank much (all done by my wife ) I would like to say a massive thank you to Aarron the assistant that guided me through every thing even internet banking. Aarron is a credit to the bank, a very kind person who made me feel at ease throughout the process of all the paperwork required. I sincerely hope that the take over of the company has no affect on his employment. Once again thank you Aarron

I visited to ask the lady for a printout of last month?s outgoings. She gave me 4 pages of nonsense. I read it outside and realized I needed not what she gave me.
So I went back in and reiterated what I needed kindly.
I?m a polite person and manners are a common courtesy,
She treated me like I was the idiot!.
I?m like thinking, why is she being stroppy, when she?s in the wrong.

Rude female staff member. I was moving money from my help to buy isa, and asked if there was a minimum amount I needed to leave in the account. Her response ?You should read the terms and conditions, you should have gotten them when you opened your account? she then said ? Are you actually going to use the isa?!? In a rude way. Imagine having such a easy job and still being bad at it ?

Very bad experience here. I understand that secure transactions are necessary, but was made to feel like I was a criminal for taking out a payment at this bank, the raised voices (so that everyone could hear my personal details), as well as endless questions as to why I am taking out money, and not believing/questioning my reasons why. They informed me that most customers transfer money to another online account nowadays, and kept hounding me as to why I was wanting to do so physically with cash - I did not appreciate the accusatory experience at all, it just made me feel very anxious and stressed for no reason! The staff at this branch really should be more considerate. There was another elderly customer who seemed to have had a similar experience, and seemed visibly distressed. Not good enough!

The staff at this bank are unprofessional, rude and handle queries very loudly with no discretion in front of other customers. Need training by proper bankers.

Absolutely awful. Went into branch to ensure branch would be open next day was told by teller that it would be open as normal. When I came up to town to go to bank it was shut much to my annoyance.

This is coming up as being open til 4pm today (Saturday) drove all the way up arrived at back of 11am only to find it was in darkness. I was also advised over the phone to visit the branch. Please update your Google info Clydesdale.

Lovely bank, especially the kind and pleasant female member of staff who changed my money on Saturday 23rd September. I asked her for her name but I have forgotten it, but she'll know who she is.
