Will not gonna recommend to visit this shop to buy something purchased controller from this shop first was been sold faulty item came next day for replacement they confirmed that item is faulty next day they send me to come next day to take replacement they sad i need to come another day as was been few drops on the controller and sed me that need to wait 24 h to this few drops will dry and they will test it already faulty item what they confirmed already and i needed only come to pick up other controller i don't know what to expect from them tomorrow as i assume that tomorrow is gonna be a new story will definitely after today nerve?s will gonna report this shop to trading standards which is already dine so expect call from trading standards as this is a total joke what are you doing in this shop

Will not gonna recommend to go to this shop as if you will gonna buy something from them they will first gonna sell you faulty items with out checking them second they will gonna keep sending you for next day appointments for check up but tomorrow will not gonna come as tomorrow is gonna be next tomorrow
to refund your money or replace faulty item it will gonna coast you nerves and time extremely not happy with this shop caused me a lot issues had to report this company to traiding standards

Staff are nice enough, but incompetent at the job. Took in a cannon with a sealed lens ......claimed dust in it. I explained that's impossible as its sealed. Just a load of grown men with no idea on the products. Silly boys really like dealing with my teenager.

Went into high street Falkirk seen a vr pro wanted to buy it and the girl was behind the glass next to the vr I know she was serving someone else but I was only gonna ask if she could bring it with her to save her a journey going back to get it. Anyway didn't even get to explain to her she immediately bit my head off shouting am serving someone never even got to say yeah ok but could you bring the vr with you she just snapped and turned away. That was my q to leave the shop great example of customer service especially in front of my 11 year old who is now asking why does people in the shops shout at you. Absolutely disgusting behaviour if she worked in my shop she'd be gone no customer service skills in the slightest.
