Ellie in the store was very helpful in directing us to the right type of carpet we needed for hall and stairs. Craig, who came out and measured explained why we needed new gripperrods for stairs and a couple of new threshold bars. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and his advice was trustworthy.

Daunting experience not knowing how much a full house of carpet will cost or if it's best to buy a full carpet or roll ends but Stacey kept us right and made the experience a lot easier. We got a great deal, they sent someone out to do a fitting plan so there was less waste and I got my own fitter in. Carpets are great quality and with the right underlay better than I've ever had in my house

This is now the 6th carpet I have bought from Carpetright. I wouldn?t go anywhere else. The service from Holly (Falkirk) is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. When someone visits our house for the first time they always comment on how soft and luxurious our carpets feel.
