Popped into the branch on Sunday to get some new glasses. Staff were amazing! Couldn't be more helpful! I was advised on new lenses by Sarah and with the help of Jane, we finalised the lense choice. Ruby and Allana helped give me honest opinions on frame choices. It was a great and relaxed experience which I thoroughly enjoyed!

Such a lovely welcome when I arrived from Sarah who did all the checks needed to be done before being seen by Aisha the optometrist. Lily was so lovely in assisting me in choosing frames and doing all the measurements etc.

I have been with Boots Opticians in the High Street in Falkirk for many years. In my recent visit everyone I met who dealt with my eye examination and thereafter choice of lenses and frames were very professional. I highly recommend them for the work they do and for their customer care.
