I was shopping for new makeup at the weekend and the girl that assisted me was so helpful and took time to help me find what I was looking for. When I was back in tonight she came over and asked me how I got on with it. The staff are always so nice and pleasant in this store and this really does make a difference. Thanks for your help!??

was in here yesterday with my mum to see about getting her some better skincare products and Morag spent a good 45 minutes helping us and she did a skin analysis on my mum and applied some makeup to her. made her look so beautiful and feel so confident. love Morag! she?s the best

I'd just like to praise your No7 consultant for all her help (sorry didn't get her name). I returned a mascara on Saturday 2/02/24 that had been missold to me in your Dundee store. She was a great help dealing with my problem and solved it with a smile. I've bought a few no7 items over the years and have always been served by her. A great asset for your store.

5 star customer service from Zi in Boots at the Falkirk Retail Park. She helped to resolve an issue I was getting nowhere with, returning goods and a getting a refund processed. She called Customer Care for me and defintely went the extra mile managing to sort everything out. I can't thank her enough. Fab service indeed ?
