“What an incredible experience we had today in the Falkirk Waterstones. The lady was so wonderfully helpful, giving brilliant advice on a new genre I wanted to try. She was so knowledgable, so patient and wonderfully interesting. She then helped us out with a kids book I needed for family friend. Then - the ultimate icing on the cake - she showed us the magic Pokémon cupboard (my 8 year old’s eyes nearly popped out). This kind of customer service is exceptional and Waterstones should be very proud indeed to have such fantastic staff. This was the bookshop experience of legends.”
