Just spoke to Ashley on the phone I had to ring to tell them I'd been sent Raw bacon 5 pounds for a dry roll with raw bacon
Which apparently can't happen as pre cooked
But it was definitely still oinking to me
Kids ordered bagels and they sent 2 uncooked bagels too

The food and service are OK, but the prices are ridiculous and still rising. What's especially alarming is that I checked the website and found that the prices are inaccurate, so be careful if you order from there!

Shame about the fast-food style touchscreens that are now the main way to order.
That said, the customer service was also lacking - didn't mention the drink included with the kid's meal.
The bread for the halloumi and avocado sandwich was soggy.
Both toilets are difficult to get into with a wheelchair.
The cakes look good, but I can't see us coming back here.

Good for quick meals. Some of the cakes are really good. The loaded fries or breakfast are my go to here.

Food tasted like soap because a cook obviously forgot to rinse the soapy suds off properly, it's been fine since going back 2 more times.

Good value for money, decent coffee, chefs are like lightning, front of house tends to be thin on ground first thing which is not a problem unless a few orders arrive at once. Staff are obliging and food is tasty with consistent quality. A regular for our breakfast club
