Why does it say on Google, 'La Porte Precinct, Falkirk.' It's actually Grangemouth.
Had occasion to pop into this store today. Not my usual store. I just wanted to take a moment to comment on my experience.
Very well laid out store. Spacious aisles, great flow through, exceptionally clean and bright.
Great range of products at reasonable prices.
Kind, helpful, salt of the earth staff who had obviously built up positive relationships with regular customers. One leaving today for another job. Elderly customer was commenting that he would miss her and her smiling face. Sounds like the kind of staff the business wouldn't want to lose.
Public serving grass roots staff are who make the company. Do organisations incentivise good staff to stay? Is there a culture that values staff and tells them so? A culture that treats them like human beings with lives outside of work first, and employees second. A culture that pays them well for the important job they do? If not staff will leave sadly.
Staff here are managing the store and delivering service to the public very well. Please pass this review on to them so that they are aware that it's very much appreciated.

Really friendly staff but some of the customers aren't so nice. The staff deserve a pay rise for what they have to put up with at times.

Hand on heart this is the most miserable b&m I've ever been in. All the middle aged staff being snarky with each other and your treated like an inconvenience at the tills.

Great products at amazing prices the quality is also great recommend them for tools, garden furniture and accessories home decorating and furnishings you can kit out a full house all except white goods for your kitchen.

love this shop but confused as to the proper time it closes as it says online 9pm but me and my boyfriend went in the other night at around 740 to an announcement saying the store will be closing in 20 minutes at 8pm confused as to if it is 8/9pm and if online just hasn?t been updated yet!
