I did not have a good experience with this place. The salesman we initially spoke to was OK but informed us it would be about a month before the bed base would be delivered to the store. when I asked about delivery prices I was informed that they used a company called (bulldog Deliveries) and when they turn up with your order you pay them £50 cash in hand governor.
When we were waiting to get our delivery confirmed I contacted the store to ask about this and spoke to the manager who came across as very arrogant and made me feel as if I was being silly for enquiring about said delivery date and of course it would be delivered in time.
I would not use this company again but having said that I find that the services provided by most places now are sub standard and a sign of the times.

Had a hilarious experience here a few months ago and found both the shop floor member and the manager a total farce. Walked in the shop and was approached by a plump guy straight away when we hadn't even looked at anything yet - eh no thanks we need a minute. After looking at 3 mattresses and still making our way around the shop he approached us again - we told him yet again we were looking but if we needed anything we would ask him. Gets round a bit more and he comes over for a third time. Spouting information about deals they had on etc. By this time we were getting irritated as he was clearly ignoring our requests to be left alone. We spotted a display mattress deal that was nearly half the price of a full price one. We expressed our interest in it and asked about delivery etc. When it came to the time to start taking details he then told us it wouldn't be avaliable for another 6 weeks because they still had to display it in store but they would 'steer people away from lying on it'. Oh and at this point he told us it would only be a 1 year guarantee not a 10 year like the new ones. What a chancer! As if we are going to buy a mattress and then technically own it for others to still lie on etc and then take a 1 year guarantee? He could approach us 3 times with useless info about everything else but failed to tell us these 2 important things prior to the sale?
We upped and left at this point and the manager had the cheek to say to him as we walked past them 'it's half price what a joke'
So to the manager with the bad blonde 90s haircut - jokes on you because the next again week we went to another branch in Edinburgh and got it brand new for only £200 more than your display version and with the 10 year guarantee and free delivery.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this incompetent and immature staff members.

Awful customer service, jumped on me as soon as I walked into the shop and kept pressuring me to buy.
Avoid at all costs!
Went to the new Dreams shop and purchased there as there staff were so friendly and knowledgeable.

After spending over £4000 at bensons I will never spend another penny with the place, particularly the Falkirk branch. The manager has the worst attitude I've ever have to deal with. Absolute clown of a guy, giving it the big I am over the phone but as soon as your face to face with him he passes the buck and says its someone else on the phone I must have spoken to, obviously wee man syndrome. How he's managed to get a job in a position he's in amazes me. Bensons must have been desperate to fill the job.

Welcoming store, friendly staff with good product knowledge, good selection. Only negative is the time I have to wait for a delivery slot as none available at the weekend. My delivery date is 14th Feb and the item is in stock now!! The recycling fee I think is a bit high at £45.00.

Excellent service with delivery as promised and we were regularly updated.. Only downside as the early time of the delivery (7:45 a.m.) with a confirmatory phone call 30 minutes before then which wasn't ideal for us.

Firstly, down to your sales man, Jamie. He was tremendous. A gentleman and true professional. He had the perfect balance of being patient and helpful. He also knew his beds, answered all our questions, listened and directed us to recommended beds. We expected to be shopping around many stores to find the right one, but BFBs were the first and last. Our bed arrived today and we absolutely love it.

Great delivery. In the end, the bed was a bit too big so it had to be forced a bit which caused a little damage to the walls and the bed but not enough to be worrying :). Next time, I?ll make sure to check the size that is possible to get around the corners of the stairways.
