I have used Belvoir twice now to let my property. The first time they secured a 3 year long term let. When they left they handled everything to get my property back on the market and re let in a timely fashion.

I had an amazing experience with Belvoir Falkirk when I was in search of a place to rent. I was so stressed, how I would bring my children abroad without a house to stay. When I went for my first viewing with Belvoir , they reassured me that they will assist me with the house hunt.They found me a lovely place to stay ,which is very spacious, affordable and close to all amenities.The customer service was outstanding because they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place to rent.I would recommend Belvoir Falkirk 100% to those who need help in property to rent.Many thanks to Susan Dunsmore the Branch manager, Angela O'Rourke Senior Property Manager and Chelsea Clark the Maintenance and Viewing Administrator ,you are a great team.

Belvoir has been exceptional when we needed to find a property in very little time. Both Angie and Susan were a great help and communicated very well from viewing to completing the application process everything was done quickly and any questions we had were answered promptly. I visited regarding a neighbours flat which is managed by Belvoir. They are only interested in collecting money . I still have a problem, and the source of the problem is the Belvoir flat

Very pleased with experience. Communication was clear and staff were friendly and happy to help. The welcome pack added to the experience and we appreciated that they'd already contacted the suppliers for utilities etc.

If you are a tenant avoid, we moved into a property and within a month it was infested with rising damp and mould, they tried to blame us for it telling us not to put heating on during winter and keep windows open, we had professionals come out inspect and confirm it was due to a damaged roof, even after this they try to blame us and make no attempt to repairing the problem, when confronted all they had to say was move out if your not happy. Which was exactly what I did absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from them
