There are more staff greeting customers at entrance than serving.There is always queues.No idea why 4 staff have to wait at door to greet customers.

An absolute shambles of a branch. I have been a customer for over 40 yrs and have watched it deteriorate especially over the past 6 yrs. Staff are now meeters and greeters instead of serving customers standing in queue. Today a computer was not working and 4 staff stood around it looking at it trying to fix it instead of one person sorting it and the others working and serving customers. I asked Jackie the manager why we could not be served and was told I could have deposited money in the post office. The best way to show your dissatisfaction is with your feet and I am taking my custom elsewhere to the Nationwide. No wonder local branches close when as a customer you are made to feel as if you are an inconvenience.

Went to Bank of Scotland, falkirk high Street for my Uncle. Member of staff (Jaspal) was so helpful, caring, professional and respectful. Thank you Jaspal for everything.

Hi, we use Bank of Scotland from 10 years never had problem before as we stays in Stirling. Stirling staff was so lovely and supportive.we moved here and i am been to deposit some money I didn?t have any bags to sort money into, the lady gave me some bags to sort money out and i just have a seat and they told me very rudely to move away from seat. This makes me panic and very uncomfortable in bank, definitely i will complain regarding this , very unprofessional and uneducated staff who dont know how to speak to their customers. I am been to Royal Bank of Scotland and Tsb in falkirk,never had any issue with them. I hope to get respond for my complaint.

Had an issue when switching banks from Natwest to Halifax. Was advised by Internet banking team to head to BOS site for help. Met by the slightly eccentric and hilarious Eleanor and I mean that in the nicest way possible!! She handled my query professionally, made small talk with my daughter and ensured I was sorted before leaving the branch and gave me signposting to any additional help if needed. A credit to the bank!!
