Was in on Monday to get a door kit . I was in Glasgow and as much as the lady was nice didn?t really get the answers I needed . Went to Falkirk and got what I needed and delivered . The man that helped me think his name was keieran was so helpful nothing was a problem got the item I wanted and was done in 10 mins fantastic service so thank you Kieran .

Excellent experience of shopping in B&Q in Falkirk. I needed some advice on my kitchen design and called into the kitchen dept to see some samples. Kate & Susan were brilliant at chatting through ideas and genuinely interested in my kitchen re-vamp of an old 70's kitchen which I just wanted to update rather than replace. I bought a tin of tile paint and some worktop edgings, not much, but most of all went away with new enthusiasm for my project, everyone in this B&Q were so helpful and friendly, thanks to the dream team in Falkirk!

Won't be back again. Manager who was on shift today was extremely arrogant. I was using the self scanner buying wallpaper stripper & a scraper. An old lady approached me and asked for ID, clearly the staff here are on a power trip. Asked to speak to the manager who was useless. I'm 31years old, I said I would go elsewhere & his reply was "you'll just get ID'd somewhere else". Well actually, no I didn't and I bought one from another business in the same industrial estate who said B&Q have a terrible reputation for customer service. I took my business elsewhere & will not be back. I phoned & made an official complaint. Funny thing was that wallpaper stripper is an 18+ product but they sold me that, what a jobs worth. Completely contradicted themselves. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills, as a manager myself in the health care industry I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to that was paying for a service.I have what I need now anyway but will not be back in the Falkirk branch. Place is a shambles.

Had problems at self scan felt staff not very helpful was trying to pay with my phone on contract less but would let me was told need a card had to lave shopping go car to get my card start again still didn't work

We had an absolute nightmare trying to return paint that was clearly mixed incorrectly. I have no idea how B&Q are getting away with it.The customer service over the phone is excellent, however in store (Stirling and Falkirk) is atrocious.If you're considering buying paint, I would go elsewhere if you're looking to receive an honest service without being given the run-around.Lesson learned, never again.
