Not got all the items I needed in stock. Only had 1 thing available out of 2. Online it says I can collect a baby mattress through click and collect. But the cot i want is only available for delivery and even for that, I'd be waiting . This is an inconvenience and not my nearest argos , but surrounding stores ther branch's
didn't have my items either . Poor service ignored in this shop for over ten minuites..

There's a shop for all your needs in Falkirk retail park and plenty food shops plenty parking plus a petrol station so no need to go elsewhere.

Really awful service, I was ignored the girl walked past me three times and served someone that came in after me, she claimed me didn?t see me.She abruptly proceeded to ask me for ID. I had ID on me aka bank cards etc just didn?t have my Argos store card, the manager and the staff member Keris refused to give me my order cause I didn?t have my store card, she said that the txt message said to bring my store card, the text message actually said ID or store care.Funnily enough Keris didn?t check the persons online order ID who she happened to serve before me (the person who skipped me) I felt it was personal. Have lodged and official complaint. Manager was dismissive and unbothered.Don?t shop at this store, will pick up my order and never return here again!

Applied for an argos store card but was knocked back, so they offered me an argos classic credit card ; on a purchase of 330 pounds they wanted over a thousand pounds back! Immediately cancelled the agreement and just paid the full amount. If they thought I wasn't going to be able to afford their store card then why try to saddle me with loan-shark style credit? 'responsible lenders'? I don't think you are argos...

Placed order and waited 10 minutes to be handed my order as two sales assistants stood in the middle of the shop floor talking. Easy to park outside though

Very efficient service as ever. However, I had the displeasure of being served by the most surly and sullen person I've ever met in my life. He (I think Ryan is his name) simply tossed what I bought onto the desk, said "Here you are" then walked quickly away. No politeness at all. If that's the type of people you're having to employ I feel sorry for Argos.

Just been in,went to the ebay pick up point and was completely ignored, older woman walked past me 3times ..didn't even acknowledge my existence, finally served by a very polite young girl..

Always shop in Argos, prices are good compare to any companies. Always have plenty of stock or online. Friendly staff and fast serves.

Visited to purchase iso fix child seats. Bought two at a very reasonable price, better priced than other competitors in the retail park. Added bonus of them being in stock for immediate pickup unlike some of their competitors.
