Lovely little italian cafe with proper coffee. I will be back to try the food and cakes. The price is pretty decent too. I'd much rather go here than Costa or Starbucks and keep individual businesses alive.

Shocked at the poor level of welcoming service, having travelled here based upon reviews, I for sure will not recommend nor return. Your bio states a historic cafe in Falkirk... Nahhh pinocchio.. pull the other leg.. Lastly if you close at 16:00 as you stated when you told me to leave at 16:05 .. update your profile, as it states 17:00 .. stop wasting patrons time and money visiting your mediocre establishment.

I liked the ambience of the place...the staff were great and the pastries especially pistachio cannoli were delicious...we will be back.

A massive shame that I'm having to give this place a 1 star review. Today was the fifth time I've visited Antonio's and every previous time the staff have been lovely, a little bit slow, but very polite and the food has been brilliant. However, today I went as I always eat here when visiting Falkirk and I was shown a table. The restaurant was quite busy but not overly busy and there was 3 waitresses for maybe 15 tables. We were given a menu and after about 10 minutes we were actively looking around for someone to take our order. The young girl who had showed us to our table kept passing us but was too busy cleaning other tables around us and just ignored us. She spent ten full minutes cleaning two small tables of maybe 2 cups and plates per one. After waiting for 25 minutes I got up and went to the till asking if I could just order here and was told rudely 'to sit down and wait as she'll be two minutes'. I just walked out after that interaction and I sadly will not be returning.

The owners are very uninterested in talking to people. Very arrogant. Front staff are nice. Long waits for everyone.

Visited today for lunch with my husband. I ordered soup and my husband, gyros. I had to return the soup as it was cold. It was brought back out, reheated in the microwave with crusty edges as it was heated too long. 3 slices of toasted bread (on a previous visit I got 5) which was now cold. My husband's gyros were also cold and nothing to get excited about. Dried up tasteless chicken and the chips were cold and chewy. We won't be back.

Antonio's has become a firm favourite with my wife and I. The wait staff are friendly personable and professional. We always feel welcome, even if they are rushed off their feet. The food is always excellent. Hearty and prepared with care. Some brunch places serve up greasy food, but this has never been the case for us at Antonio's. Quality ingredients and generous portions every time. Nice coffee too. There are also loads of sweet-treats if that's your thing. It's not the cheapest, but the portion sizes and quality make it great value.Parking: Plenty of free parking at Central Retail Park across the road.

Cannot complain. Asked to customise my order and got it exactly the way I like.Pancakes are great, kids and myself love them. Size of the portions along with prices are reasonable.I was there several times and just decided to actually read bad reviews and feel like some of them are for different planet. At least the ppl who wrote them ?

I tried Antonio?s Deli for the first time today and was seated in the far corner and was left for 30 minutes without asking if we were ready to order food or drinks. I had to get the attention of the staff to ask to make a drinks order, when our waters arrived they were in dirty brown marked glasses which were sent back. We then ordered food, when it arrived I received an extra portion of chips that I did not order. The ?crispy chicken burger? i received was not as described on the menu, the brioche bun looked like it had been through the wars and the burger was no bigger than a chicken nugget which was cut through the middle, laid on top of the other and overcooked. The breadcrumbs on the burger to make it a ?crispy? chicken burger, was that hard it was not possible for me to chew through it. The burger was meant to come with chipotle sauce but I received a small amount of plain mayonnaise instead. I also ordered cheese fries, these arrived in a deep bowl full of oil with a sprinkle of cheese on top. The chips were soaked in oil and I did not even eat these. My friend ordered the eggs florentine and what was meant to be ?poached eggs? were not cooked correctly, leaving my friend feeling unwell. I was honestly shocked at the hygiene levels and the state of the food that was served. If environment health was to step into this deli they would be shut down. I will not be back. If I could put the review up as 0 stars I would.
