I live just outside of Manchester and needed to send flowers to a very dear friend who lives in Falkirk who had just lost her sister , I rang the shop at 9.15am this morning and they were extremely helpful and polite, the flowers were delivered by 11am , having not being able to see the flowers myself I was sent pictures of the beautiful arrangement of tastefully chosen blooms that was made for me , Superb quality ? highly recommend

Beautiful flowers, they are always gorgeous and last for ages. Shop is fabulous too with wonderful window dressings. Staff are friendly and really knowledgeable. Highly recommended! X

We had a family bereavement in Falkirk, and we are all the way in Derbyshire, we are unavailable to attend the funeral. but I phoned these guys, and they sortd the flowers out and everything , Absolutely amazing the guys went above and beyond the service was impeccable. Brilliant. There?s not enough words describe how fantastic these guys are.

Thanks to Sarah and the team at Ann Baff Flowers for providing an excellent and professional service, they were friendly and attentive, nothing was to much trouble for them. The flowers were delivered by Billy who was so nice and brightened up my day. The flowers were excellent and you could see the attention to details. I would highly recommend this florist and will be using them again soon.

I arrived with my immediate need for flowers just as the wholesale delivery was coming in. When I explained my unusual requirements and why I was in a hurry Ann and her team set to. I was soon leaving with my flowers, half of which were carried to my car by Stephanie. The flowers were both beautiful and in top condition. The service was exceptional. Thank you all. SN.

The corsage that was made for my little girl Carly was perfect. Carly has autism and I wasn?t sure if she would be comfortable wearing it but the snap on wrist band was perfect and she loved it . I requested a dusky pink colour and It complimented her outfit perfectly . Thanks again x

Phoned at 9.30 on Saturday to ask for flowers to be collected at 11am as was going to Clydebank for the birthday of a 99 year old lady who has severe hearing and sight difficulties so could the flowers be highly perfumed. Flowers were ready on time . A beautiful bouquet which smelled divine during the car journey. The recipient was delighted with the perfume which was strong throughout her living area.Thanks to the florist for such excellent service at short notice.
