Waited too long, 2 just eat orders were prioritised over me when I was next in queue. No acknowledgement from any team members. Ended up going to Greggs

11 year old entered with friends who were in for a meal but because the child had purchased his preferred food on the day from another shop they were not allowed to sit in the shop even when the others had purchased food from them on a later date they again entered to make a purchase and were told they were not allowed in. Bad customer service, the kid on the first visit purchase a biscuit and was still asked to leave. Double standards in my view.

Been going here since I was 12 - every time I?ve encountered the staff in this place since it?s been taken over it?s been a bad experienceThe new guy serves the worst sub ever, I witnessed him count out individual pieces of onion, and the subs are always awful - same guy tried to overcharge me twice & looks depressedThe photo attached is supposed to be a tuna sub - where is the tuna ?RIP erskine subway

This place is amazing, I've been going here 3 days a week and there's never been a time it's been bad, the service here is amazing and also the atmosphere around it. Foods amazing and people should definetly try this place

Terrible, I have had wrong orders sent multiple times. I asked for a meatball marinara sub, instead I got a dried out sub with bits of dry beef. The drink was also wrong. Once is a mistake multiple times suggest to me they just send out anything if they don?t have what you requested to be delivered. It?s so wasteful and frustrating. It was inedible so had to go in the bin.

Stood in queue, when it came turn to order, just eat driver arrived. Was ignored to fill out two large subs for just eat. Only one staff member working so would be waiting longer than had been already, better off finding somewhere else to eat if you don't want to wait for long, or order online since they prioritise that.

We ordered via just eat. The tracker stopped working about 5 minutes before the delivery was due. It is now over 40 minutes late and we have no way to track. We did attempt to phone this subway but the number appears to be incorrect on all their listings, we?ve contacted just eat to refund. We realise there could have been an accident but surely the least to expect from the shop would be a working phone number so customers can check if there is a problem.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up with some meatballs and pizza topped bread.Service was excellent, mentioning Sarah who was a pleasure to be served by.Coffee and a cookie ? to finish .
