“It was my first time at this Opticians’s, I was previously with another local one that sadly closed and so was moved over to Duncan & Todd. I was taken bang on time and the optician was lovely, she made me feel relaxed and was very thorough. Then I moved to another lady who took photos of my eye and helped me choose my glasses. She was absolutely lovely and didn’t rush me and really took time with me. I should mention the lovely receptionist’s who were really welcoming.Great experience.”
