Built our 1 & 3/4 home from start to finish on a fixed budget and on time, excellent work and would be very happy to use them again, but thankfully won't need to as this house is just right!

Excellent service! People say be prepared when you build your own house; every self build on TV goes over budget or never works out as expected. Caledonia are the exception, everything is as we dreamed and imagined, delivered exactly to the quote promised. High standard of finish and no regrets. We felt so relaxed working with Caledonia, the so called stress of designing and building your own house never materialised.
