A huge thank you to Brian for the fantastic gesture shown to our installation team. When they arrived at the hotel after an 8/9 hr drive from Sheffield to install signage for a customer of ours at nearby premises. They discovered that the tyre on the van was flat. Fortunately the garage was directly behind the hotel they were staying at. Brian offered to repair the tyre foc, which was most welcome for the lads. So they could rest knowing that they didn't need to worry about finding a garage late at night. Went to Brian on the advice of a friend. A fault in my XF electronics which the previous garage had failed to repair. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, faulty sensors, ordered a replacement and took the car back 5 days later for the work. Excellent all round and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, Brian rang me a couple of times to keep me informed what work needed done on the car and was very honest. He gave me a quote for if he couldn't repair/salvage a certain part and needed a new bit but he managed. Can't praise him more highly. Thoroughly recommend him.Services: Exhaust

Great experience! Was able to help out at short notice with a tricky problem. Big dealership had quoted a crazy price to fix, Brian figured out the problem and fixed it efficiently and at a very good price. Thank you! Will definitely be back.
