If you have a vanilla new build box they will be fab, but any features or issues forget it. Their customer communication was awful, didn't pass on messages or return calls. They ended up refusing to market our property, which we had lived in for 32 years saying it was unsafe. The legal department however were great very helpful and on the ball and when we sold via auction they were supportive.
