Very friendly local pub, we came here from Dundee for the day, went for a hike and after wondering around for food we stumbled across it. Very pleasant surprise as the food is cheap and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. If we're in Elie again we'll come back without a doubt!

Just moved into the area popped into station buffet bar for a pint immediately made welcome by young girl behind bar had a pint of Caledonian best ? locals made me feel welcome as did the owner it's now my local

We walked in mid morning and asked for coffee and snacks. The landlord could not have been more helpful. Nice coffee, great bacon butties.

This is the most excellent pub. Everytime we are up at Kilconquhar Castle we go and drink in here. Derek and his staff are the most inviting friendly pub staff around. The beer and food are brilliant as is the atmosphere . We wouldnt go anywhere else of a day evening/Sunday sesh. Kevin, Big Ali and the team
