Dr Robinson has been my dentist for over 20 years now, from childhood treatments and braces to private teeth whitening. Practice is always immaculate and staff are very helpful and friendly. NHS/private charges clearly explained.

I have been going to David since 2015 when I bought a house in the area, we live day to day on an island many miles away most of the time, but I still make the journey when I need dental work, brilliant dentist, very nice place to visit, can not recommend enough!

Highly unprofessional! Made a 9.30 appointment as a new client, arrived at 9.20 and was asked to take a seat in the waiting room. Time went by and various patients came and went but I was not called for my appointment - the member of staff that I had checked in with at reception looked into the room at least three times and saw me sitting there. Finally at 10.20 I went to reception to ask why I had not been called to be told 'Sorry you have not been booked in!' I said that I was prepared to wait a little longer, to be seen by the next dentist. The receptionist that had forgotten to book me in then went from door to door around the surgery to speak to each dentist only to return with a 'Sorry we can't fit you in!'I walked out at this stage and advise you never walk in.
