I purchased a product from the Elgin branch, Although I wasn't 100% happy with the product. The whole team went above and beyond to rectify any issues I had with the product. In the end i sadly sourced the product else where this time. I will definitely continue to use Travis Perkins due to the exceptional customer service.

Arrived at Travis Perkins, Elgin at 9.30 this morning to collect some sand and cement only to find that the gates were closed, even though Google and TP's website said they were open. Loads of staff going about in the yard but apparently they were closed all day!Went to MKM and got great service there for the materials I required.

This is a really decent builders merchant where parking is easy, almost everything you want to see is on display and the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to see some slabs that were on a pallet ontop of a large storage rack and as soon as a yard operative saw me looking, he had the forklift driver get them down for me with no problems at all. I have bought from there before and will, I'm sure, be back for more.
