Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable & skillful on repairs. I had summer sandals needing repaired to just get me through this season and they told me they were basically in bad shape as the soles had unseen broken down issues and not replaceable but they glued together as a courtesy with a warning it might not last, and then did not charge me. a very minor repair to just get me through another week or so BUT they could have charged me full price and never mentioned anything about the unseen condition. Very grateful for this small business on the high street!!

I went in to Timpsons this morning and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service provided by Michelle. I needed a watch strap repaired and as the shop was quiet, I was given her full attention and it was dealt with straight away. A great efficient and professional service, which I highly recommend on my experience.

A great place, 2 keys cut quickly, they were a bit over sized, a knowledgeable and helpful assistant quickly remedied the issue and resolved the issue. Great value and great service.

Popped in to get a pair of dance shoes re-heeled and found myself 3rd in the queue. Didn't have to wait long though as everyone was dealt with very efficiently. Expected to be told it would be a couple of hours but instead I was told I could come back in 45 mins. Great service and very reasonable at £11. Would certainly recommend.
