My third stay for business and my number one choice for the area. The whole hotel is noticeably very clean, and when you stay in many hotels then this one sticks out as being spotless.The bedrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable.The staff offer a great service and no request is an inconvenience. The night porter is fantastic (and hilarious).Very well stocked whisky bar.Great breakfast including gluten free options for me.We've hosted a business conference here in the past and the setting and service was brilliant, so would also recommend this service.(Some Scottish GF beer would be my only recommendation, especially now there are so many that everyone can drink)?

Very nice service. The bar is a place for a whisky connoisseur. A wide selection of spirits. Very tasty dishes in the restaurant. Very friendly service at the bar and in the restaurant.

This is a nice hotel, excellent food, excellent service, our room had a shower in the bath which is difficult to get in and out of which reflects the rating I have given but otherwise the room was great. Very helpful and friendly staff ?Rooms: Good Room, Shower in Bath can be difficult to enter/exit, lovely comfortable bedFood & drinks: Excellent food, Fish was very good. Breakfast is a set menu, black pudding and sausages excellent, good breakfast

Because we had a baby and there was a wedding at the same time of our stay, we were placed in a room where boise disturbance would be less likely. This was very thoughtful. We found all staff to be accommodating, friendly and considerate. It was also our anniversary and they kindly took this into consideration with our bill. Thank you all.

We had the most amazing stay. I thought I had already done a review but I have not seen it yet so am doing one again. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The food was amazing with cooked to order breakfast which is so rarely seen now in hotels. The room was very comfortable with two comfortable chairs which you don?t get in most hotels. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Thank you so much from two happy Shetlanders.

I was at the bar prior to an evening business dinner and the staff were very friendly and welcoming which made the start to my evening very pleasant and also there was a good range of choices behind the bar. We had a set menu for dinner but the food was really nice and portions were huge but that's not a bad thing as I was very hungry. Overall the atmosphere and service were just right and I would definitely go back

Stayed here for a wedding. We rented one of the luxury apartments and one of the bothys. I actually didn't want to leave again. Staff was friendly and breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed in 'The Bothy' for 14 nights, visiting family based nearby. The Bothy is like a studio apartment, having the normal amenities of a room plus a small kitchenette area. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. For us, the restaurant is the heart of the hotel and it did not disappoint. We didn't plan to have all our evening meals in the restaurant but having sampled the menu, we couldn't tear ourselves away, except on one occasion to dine at the 'Orrin', which is also highly recommended. We took all our breakfasts in the hotel too which were glorious. From full Scottish to cereal and yoghurt. No horrible buffet crush here, it was all very civilised with table service. The staff are wonderful, being competent and efficient but with a lovely blend of friendliness and professionalism. They really are an incredible asset and they all added to the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel public areas are exquisitely styled and comfortable. The bar area is inundated with hundreds of whisky bottles in display cases, highlighting the important relationship between the hotel and the ubiquitous whiskey industry around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already chosen to stay at The Mansefield next summer for our annual visit to see our family. Thanks Ella and Team. With much admiration, Tim and Rio

My stay at the Mansefield Hotel was primarily for business, but it became more than that throughout my stay there. The Mansefield truly felt like a home away from home. My first and last memories of Scotland began and ended here. From my first sip of Scottish whisky, to my first taste of Scottish cuisine, my extraordinary experience in Scotland wouldn't have been possible without the remarkable team at the hotel. From the top down, everyone was so welcoming and hospitable and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. It's very rare to find a place that possess so many positive qualities. Reception always welcomed me with a warm smile and saw to it that all of me needs were fulfilled. Housekeeping ensured my room was serviced regularly and well stocked with coffee, tea, and biscuits. The restaurant staff was amazing! From the chefs to the servers, they provided Michelin Star quality food and service. I'm going to miss the whisky and wine tastings hosted at the Mansefield, the Prosecco events, the staff functions, the conversations with everyone, mountain biking, the local pub crawls, and most of all, the warm hugs. The Mansefield is my Scotland and I look forward to going back home someday!

Superb customer service , everyone was relaxed , professional, very helpful, bar was superb and it just felt like Home. Breakfast was one of the best I can remember, wholesome and tasty. Rooms comfortable and the bed well both of us slept like logs, which is extremely unusual. Tv was excellent and large. My only slight criticism was the cupboard was a little small and we struggled to hang stuff. Overall excellent and we will return.
