Good on first impressions but very poor when a problem happens. If you are buying from them, make sure that the product is in stock. I had nearly 2 months worth of excuses and broken timescales. Chose 3 alternatives in the end and had to take the only 1 that was in stock. Was promised a gogw as compensation and still waiting ?? wish I'd gone with my 2nd choice of lino with carpetrite ?
