went in for eye test told optician was having problems see my work laptop, he advised me to get new reading glasses with reflector coving on for the glare from laptop . the next day i return with a form for the optician to fill in so I could claim money from my employer, which cost me £10 for the optician to fill in. My employer rejected the form because it state that I do not use the glasses only for my work, which I told the optician thats what i needed them for, which resulted in me not get any payment from my employer. went back in to shop to try and get the form changed was told there is nothing they can do Very disappointed with out come will not be using specsavers again

Person I spoke to on the phone to rearrange my appointment as the online website/ link wasn?t working was more than helpful and had plenty time for me.The staff at my appointment were all friendly. Very helpful staff helping me choose my glasses and letting me know options for contact lenses if I was interested.

Brilliant service from the moment I walked in the door. The optician conducted a very thorough examination and explained everything as she was going along. I did not have to wait long even though the opticians was very busy. I was able to pick 2 new frames through the 2 for 1 offer and the range was great. Everyone was professional and kind.
