Delivery system is very poor. Date given was not and now where near adhered to. Screwfix delivery company basically claimed the date screwfix gave me was not true and I was lying. Stop using ArrowXL they are giving poor service which reflects on you. I will probably use your competitors for delivers from now on.

One person working here always has great customer service. A real stand out employee. But in my experience all staff I've dealt with have been helpful and try to find the right things I need. If something wasn't available they try to suggest other things too. Overall a good shop with a lot of variety. If you don't know ScrewFix, it's like Argos (or Consumers Distributing for Canadians) where the stuff is basically a pickup service. So shop ahead and pick up.

Great prices and good value products, such a shame that their delivery system let's them down. Took between 4 and 8 days for some parts of orders to turn up, even with the 24 to 248 hour promise. Call canter helpful, staff at shop say call canter lie about where products are. Will still use them for 'in branch stock only.
