Everytime I visit this shop the shelves are always empty. I've seen kids stealing from the shop, informed the staff and they've shrugged it off and let them walk out. (Multiple times by the way). The younger staff are lovely and very friendly but the older staff are incredibly rude and make your experience uncomfortable when you approach them. The self checkouts are pointless, nobody will help if there's a problem you're stood there for 20 mins whilst the staff are no where to be seen on the floor and it's ridiculously expensive. All round 0/10.

Staff are awesome, bit slow even when 4+ of them on. But reason I?m posting? maybe don?t put a security sticker on a thing that goes into microwave? nearly set kitchen on fire =_=

I have noticed a huge difference on how clean the the shop looks . It can be messy with trollies sometimes

I work around the corner from this store and very frustrating because i would use this store everyday if it wasn?t for the VERY VERY slow service even during quite periods and high staff numbers ,Having said that if you have a spare 20 mins to wait to be served for a hot sausage roll or a cup coffie in a very clean environment then you wont be disappointed

Shockingly slow service considering how many staff they had on. I'd avoid asking for any hot food they just tut at you and grunt.I avoid this shop

A handy mini-store for every day food items.Friendly and helpful staff.A little bit dearer than larger outlets however, their hot snacks counter is excellent with fresh produce.Well worth a visit ????

It's good around, it's a very busy local but the selection on hot iteams is good. Found the staff and a supervisor super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. First class service
