Probably wouldn't give rembrands any Star.Ordered decking, sleepers, fencing and other materials to the value of around 700 pounds.I placed the order on the 29th march 21 and mailed them a couple of days later to check delivery date.I received a response and was informed that all but 6 small pegs were in stock and would I like the the order delivered minus the pegs.I replied to them to continue with the delivery and i would collect the pegs later.2 days later the delivery arrived minus the pegs, decking screws and most importantly the sleepers which were the base for the decking. I emailed the local office and was told they don't have any sleepers in stock and won't be in stock until the 21st of april ?It is now the 23rd of april and I have emailed them twice and had no reply.I have 20 3mtr decking boards and joists for nearly a month now with no sleepers or screws to screw them down into the non existent sleepers.I would not recommend rembrands to anyone and I certainly will not buy anything from them again.Customer service is shocking.
