Can't recommend Regency Elgin highly enough. We've had a very lengthy period of trying to get to the bottom of a mystery warranty issue, the communication and support from John and the Service Team has been faultless, they have gone above and beyond for us and the customer care has been second to none!

Good, friendly service and helpful staff. My daughter bought her car from here and has used them for the last three years for services. Timed slot for the service as not local and she was offered a lift in to town centre as it?s a wee bit of a walk and weather wasn?t great. Nice to be nice.

Saw a car that the wife would like on their website. Phonecall to Elgin Regency to be informed car was in Inverness. No problem as car delivered to Elgin for us to see and deal done same day. Superb customer service done in a polite and friendly manner by the Elgin Sales Team.

Fantastic service from Nick & John helping me to get my car booked in for a recall. Needed it done as soon as because I?m trying to sell the car. John called me & offered an appointment whenever I could manage (when other Vauxhall dealers are booking 4-6 weeks away!) which means I can get my recall done and don?t lose the sale of my car.
