Stayed for 1 night, clean rooms, quick service on check in.
Disappointed with the pub, didn?t open until 5pm on the Saturday, which seemed unusual. Went out for dinner in Elgin, returned at 10.10pm intending to have a drink before going to bed and the pub was closed. Reception staff seemed surprised and asked us to check, went back over, but doors definitely bolted and firmly closed up. Don?t therefore go expecting much from the onsite facilities, couldn?t get food in the afternoon after a long journey and couldn?t have a drink at 10.10pm on a Saturday night!

Found the rooms to be very cold with no heating in the bathroom. There were heating controls that would show the room temp and your required temp but would randomly reset minimum temperature

Disable people should phone ahead to let the staff know your needs, this is a huge hotel and maybe a long walk to your room, and only 2 wheelchair accessible rooms.

was in disabled room bed was comfy but I have kidney disease so keep warm is a must and heat kept switch off so was freezing and it wasn't just my room as a new 2 other guests in another part of hotel and there heating was the same so spent the weekend very cold and uncomfortable and you hear every noise guest up and down corridor

Free parking spaces legally available. Room cleaning only on request.
Beds are comfortable even if the hotel needs a newer facility.

Terrible stay: We arrived at 3:30pm, the room wasn't ready and we were told to wait 20 minutes?. Then we could go into our room: bathroom was bad, it was moldy!!! There were also broken walls and furniture.
Then we went to the restaurant next door, the food was totally inedible. Bad service and long waiting times. I mentioned that I couldn't eat cheese in a burger and then it came with cheese.
The salad was way too expensive for the price. The meat couldn't be eaten at all: it was overcooked and tasted like nothing... The poor animal!

The room had flaws everywhere, especially in the shower. The bed was okay.
I would avoid the restaurant next door, which they recommend. The service was poor and the food was terrible; everything was overcooked and tasted of nothing.

I was in room 64 and every so often the room wood shake don't know why I've stayed here before with no problems, friendly staff and clean room.

Stayed there from friday till sunday and the room was excellent and a comfy bed aswell and staff were really nice and friendly. One thing i would like to add if in future, is add in more to tv channels to tv but in everything else, i will definitely visit again and recomend ?

This room felt like it was brand new - for the price I paid this felt like a luxury hotel room, everything was new and working perfectly, good water pressure, comfy bed, even the room looked nice

Hotel ok. Room located on the ground floor so a little too much traffic noise but you can't hear the cars. Fairly large bedroom and bathroom. Restaurant right next door for dinner and breakfast, quite decent
