Just been to this store and I am disgusted with the attitude of the old lady working the self checkout. She was moaning to customers saying she knew she should have stayed in bed today. There was a young lad in front of me who was a bit socially awkward and when he didn?t respond to her straight away because he was panicking she got in his face and said it?s a simple question. I must say the majority of the staff are always busy and very hard working but this lady should not be working with the public.

Horrible staff lady that wears a bun in her hair and has grey and black hair aged about 40-60. Will not be going back. Working in a job where you know theres gonna be constant customers and still having no human decency to be polite. She should be fired for sure, she's really ruining the reputation.

Sadly work is still going on to the facade of the building. However, Poundland is as Poundland does and was still open for business. I did find it frustrating that none of the self service tills were open and only one person was serving. Thankfully there wasn't much of a queue.
