Awful, counter staff tried to say I had to send a card Special Delivery at £8.50. All I asked for was next day and not signed for. They tried to argue that was the ONLY way and it would still have to be signed for! Eventually gave in and gave me next day delivery at £3.70 which was what I was after and knew was available. How many others are being told to go for something more expensive than they actually need. No customer service at all. Was even speaking to someone else on the phone in a foreign language on an earpiece whilst I was trying to talk to them. Most unhelpful and rude, avoid if you can!

Omg!! I have just telephone this shop making an enquiry about DPD deliveries and the guy was so rude and hung up the phone on me. So much for customer service support, he should go back to school and learn some manners ???????????

Turned up twice now to try and collect a parcel only to find it shut. One on a Saturday and one midweek lunch time which are the only two times I can visit outside of work.
Post office website needs updating as still saying open on a Saturday. Waste of time

Rarely I visit the PO but this outlet provides poor counter service, the gentleman in particular was less than helpful and curt with advice.

Lovely, friendly experience and service having driving licence renewed. Staff were helpful, patient and had a good sense of humour too which is always welcome! Thank you guys :)

Doesn't open at weekends, which is the only time we are in Elgin. (We live 20 miles from Elgin but our local town post office closed years ago). Bit daft for the main post office branch in the centre of a town.

Wow. This was great service, this post office definitely deserves 5 stars. I met Adam at the counter and he was very knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend it. Didn't even mind the 2 mile walk.

Most awful customer service! I?ve never been spoken to in such a rude manner in a post office. It was obvious that the gentleman behind the counter couldn?t care less about my query.Absolutely shocking.

Amazing service. I met Adam at the counter to have my passport taken them post a form. He was super nice, competent, polite and friendly. He went out of his way to explain everything clearly and patiently. What a good lad!

Awful service today. Got a letter telling me to go to the post office to get a refund and send extra documents away for my passport which is needed urgently. The lady today told me she doesn't know how to do that. I asked her if she could leave the refund and just send my documents but apparently, she didn't know how to do that either. I havenow had to leave my documents with her and will have to phone up on Monday whilst I am at work to get my documents sent. If miss out on my flight due to this I will be furious. Hotdogs someone work in a post office and not know how to put documents in an envelope aniseed them away? Notimpressed.

Srini was a fantastic help with me getting 4 passports sorted. He was patient and had great manners. I would highly recommend this post office.
