Awful, counter staff tried to say I had to send a card Special Delivery at £8.50. All I asked for was next day and not signed for. They tried to argue that was the ONLY way and it would still have to be signed for! Eventually gave in and gave me next day delivery at £3.70 which was what I was after and knew was available.... read full comment

Omg!! I have just telephone this shop making an enquiry about DPD deliveries and the guy was so rude and hung up the phone on me. So much for customer service support, he should go back to school and learn some manners ???????????
