Very poor service today. Posting a small package which contained an item sold on eBay. The very grumpy teller turned and chucked the box in to the bag with no consideration to the contents. When challenged was met with ?there?s plenty soft things to stop it? when the parcel clearly made contact with something not soft. The convenience factor of being en route to my destination hopefully does not come at a cost to the product sold!

I think I must have met the worlds most patronising person this morning. Blonde girl with lots of makeup. Got my parcel away but it was like pulling teeth!

Will not be going back to this post office. This is not the first time ive felt like a complete inconvenience, or i would not be writing this. Moody and unhelpful - already closed a Thursday due to lack of footfall. I will continue to use Royal Mail online service.

Used them to send out a few parcels and was stunned by the lack of care! Was clearly marked with fragile all over and she dropped them on the floor from her chair because she couldn't be arsed to place them down and possibly move from the chair slightly! Luckily have insurance if they broke but absolutely disgusting treatment of parcels. Will avoid like the plague.

My Local Post office, easy to walk or drive to. Small Carpark to side, but easy to park at, wheel chair friendly, Friendly Staff know you by name, have used for over 30 years. I would give it 10 stars, but can only give 5, A Great Shame.

Some are freindly others not so much. One employee is really nice and gets stuff sorted quickly but the other one rolls her eyes and she unfortunately made me feel unwelcome and like I was a hinderance to her day. Shame that there is such a disparity between experiences at the same branch.

I been in this branch few days ago, one of the staff was very rude and Unpolite she refused to take my letters because they were prepaid actually this is not first time she treats me like this l will never recommend to someone to go to this branch l went to other branch in Batchen Street with same letters and they accepted without any question.
