Great quick service for a flat tyre. We had rented a car from europcar which had a flat tyre in keith. The RAC folk told us to call the nearest kwikfit which happened to be the elgin branch. Over call they refused to accept as they said they're busy and I still took a chance and took my car there and to my surprise found them rather available and with only one car in the shed. They were able to fix my car within 30mins. I'm giving 3 star only because of their refusal over call but otherwise very quick and efficient service if you get your car here

It was all so easy. Appointment for MoT test was booked online and paid online. In and out in 40 minutes. Painless.

Happy with service wanted tyres rotated front to rear but told that couldn't do because off sensors in wheels this might be the case in some cars but not mine think you should have done it for me apart from that top class job ?.

Kwik fit in elgin scratched my car and wouldnt take responsibility for it! Supposedly they cant scratch cars because they only work on wheels lol I've heard some weak excuses but tht tops it. bunch off piz takers. Definitely dont take your car there ull get ripped off aswell.they are lucky I didn't take photos first but should you have to? Overall a total scum filled establishment. No stars and well see what they're saying when police check their security footage because I went over that car lyk sherlock homes beforehand

Prompt MOT booking and fast service. Reasonably priced parts and labour.Fast turnaround, too, so you're not waiting weeks to get something repaired. They seem to have lost that annoying sales approach that they were well known for, too.

Called about 5 times where they kept hanging up as i heard them speek before hanging up. Quite disappointing. A simple can i call you back would have been a bit more professional.
