Luckily they managed to get a replacement two days after I sent mine back to them so within a week I have a new one! They understood the importance and sentimentality of the pendant and did there up most to get the replacement of the really hard to get pendant which I can’t thank them enough for!!. Took my ring into Littles, turns out my ring needed resized smaller by 2 1/2 sizes, no issues or concerns, came back in 7 days and you couldn’t even tell it’s had anything done, it’s perfect! ❤️”
